I'd say yes, only because he didn't say where he got the art in the video description. He only did it when someone asked him...

As far as reporting him and stuff. Youtube won't force him to take it down as they don't care. He won't remove it, and it's just gonna be a messy war. I mean, he's not gaining money from it, and he never claimed that "OMG I made all these cause I rulez!" So, I'd just let it go...

That's what I mean, I don't think we can get him to take the video down, but he could AT LEAST mention the artists.

I just wanted people who had their work taken to know so maybe they can ask him to do something about it

Yeah... what you did is honorable. ^^ If all he did was to say "Pic #1 came from [link]" and so on would be enough, even if he didn't directly ask them...

I mean, I've done the same thing, but I immediately credit dA artists for the work... it's still not 100% right, but still... And, with fanart, there's a point at which all you can really do is credit Capcom, you know? Just those simple little words, "Resident Evil (c) Capcom" or whatever...crediting just isn't a top issue anymore and it's just sad...

*Sorry for the long rant.* And, I didn't mean to come off as mean in the last post, blazer! Just...after like the 100th journal about these poor artists getting ripped off, Youtube is the least of their worries. But, it's still noble to try and help them find out about it... ^^

One person actually came to me once, and let me know that one of the pics I used belonged to him. (Whether it actually did, I dunno.) I immediatly catered to him. He said it was fine and didn't care that'd I'd used it. ANd, that was truly the end of that...

I guess knowing about it is all the rage...

At least he did better than most and said where he got them from instead of just saying that he had a kool vid or something.

Although it would have been nice to at least ask the artist for permission or if you just snatched the pic at least give a link for it.
